Fringe Midi Pencil Skirt

This layered fringe pencil skirt is constructed in fast-drying, floral print spandex fabric. The knee-length skirt is constructed on a mesh form-fitting base, with floral fringe layered on top. The skirt is high-waisted and completed with an elasticized waist band. The mesh base gives a "wondering eye" tease with the degree of transparency that is accentuated by the free movement of the fringe upper-layer. This design is constructed with seam reenforcement for added security and comfort in durability.
